To live your life to the very best, start with your meals. I began developing these recipes during the Pandemic when supplies were limited and trips to the supermarket seemed perilous. The recipes use five ingredients and are prepared in 20 minutes, and are simple and delicious. I wanted to make sure there were no excuses for making healthy and delicious meals every day.
If you don’t have a particular ingredient, substitute other ingredients from your pantry and fridge. I make recommendations for different ingredients, but you do you. Cook without boundaries and use what you have.
I’ve eaten at the fanciest restaurants in the world, but I always come back to my Simple Healthy Cooking that keeps me looking young and energetic. With a cleaner diet, you’ll notice a vast difference in your energy and your skin. You'll notice that I also give myself the freedom to have a cheat day because life should be enjoyed.
